Dr. N. Rhett Baker is a native of Wheatland, Indiana, and South Knox High School graduate. He graduated from Vincennes University with an A.S. degree in pre-optometry. Dr. Baker then attended Indiana University where he earned a B.S. degree and Doctorate of Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1999. He completed clinical internships at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, and ocular disease referral centers Bennett and Bloom Eye Centers in Louisville, Kentucky, and Aran Eye Associates in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Baker and his wife, Delaney, along with their sons Pender and Carver, reside in rural Vincennes. In his free time, Dr. Baker enjoys running, skiing, scuba diving, traveling, and Cardinals baseball games.

Dr. Eli B. Hendrix IV was born and raised in Vincennes, Indiana. He graduated from Vincennes Lincoln High School. Dr. Hendrix received his B.S. degree and his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry. He completed external clinical rotations at Atwater and Community Eye Care Centers in Bloomington, Indiana, Richmond Eye Care Center in Richmond, Indiana, Indianapolis Eye Care Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Hendrix practiced in Texas for 2 years as a Glaucoma Specialist and Therapeutic Optometrist.

Dr. Hendrix was introduced to his wife, Krista, just prior to moving back from Texas. She is originally from Vincennes but was finishing her Doctorate degree in Audiology in the Dallas area and was recommended to make contact with him to help get more familiar with the area. The two eventually met in person, back in Vincennes, at the same mutual friend’s wedding and were married in April of 2016. They have two beautiful children, a daughter, Lyla, who was born in July of 2017 and a son, Eli, who was born in June of 2019. In his spare time, Dr. Hendrix enjoys golfing, running, and attempting to play banjo and guitar.

Dr. John W. DeCoursey is a native of Oaktown, Indiana, and graduated from North Knox High School. He then attended Vincennes University and received an A.S. degree in pre-optometry. Dr. DeCoursey continued his education at Indiana University and received a B.S. degree in history. He then returned to Vincennes University and received an RN degree. After working as an RN, Dr. DeCoursey attended Indiana University and attained his Doctorate of Optometry in 2009. Dr. DeCoursey completed his external clinical experience at Indianapolis Eye Care Center, the School of Optometry Clinics in Bloomington, Indiana, Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, and Eye Care Consultants in Evansville, Indiana.

Prior to becoming an optometrist, Dr. DeCoursey worked as a historic interpreter at the Vincennes State Historic Sites and as an RN in intermediate and intensive care at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. DeCoursey and his wife, Deanna, live in Bicknell, Indiana, with their two sons Jonathan and Dylan. In his free time, Dr. DeCoursey enjoys hunting for Indian artifacts, target shooting, bike riding, reading, and watching Colts football and IU basketball.

Dr. Ryan Kluemper was born in Jasper, IN and graduated from Jasper High School in 2000 and attended Indiana University, graduating from the IU School of Optometry in 2007. He completed his externships at Atwater Eye Care Center in Bloomington, IN; Indianapolis Eye Care Center in Indianapolis, IN; Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX; and Muncie Eye Center in Muncie, IN.

After graduation he worked in Angola, IN from 2007-2011.

He moved back to Dubois County in 2012 after meeting his wife.

Dr. Kluemper currently lives in Jasper with his wife, Andrea, and two children, Jack and Savannah. In his free time, Dr. Kluemper enjoys golfing, bowling, bike rides, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Dr. Tracy Crane moved from Flagstaff, Arizona, back to Indiana 18 years after graduating from Indiana School of Optometry in 2001. She completed external clinical rotations at Atwater and Community Eye Care Centers in Bloomington, IN; Indianapolis Eye Care Center in Indianapolis; Montrose VA Hospital in Montrose, NY; and Pensacola VA Clinic in Pensacola, FL.

After graduation, Dr. Crane completed an ocular disease residency at the Albuquerque VA Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, and she continued her career in the Southwest area serving the Native American population on the Navajo Reservation, Tuba City Sacred Peaks Clinic in Flagstaff and at the Phoenix Indian Hospital for over 7 years. Dr. Crane has also worked in private practice and commercial practices for over 9 years.

Dr. Crane currently lives in Eastern Greene County with her husband, Jesse Crane, who is an ER Physician at Greene County General Hospital. Together they have 3 active girls, Esther, Juniper, and Karis. They enjoy mountain biking, skiing, hiking, backpacking, camping, running, and taking care of all their animals.
